鑒衡認證設有監管認證質量的理事會和技術委員會。在風能認證方面，配備了專業的工具軟件，建立了一支專門從事風能認證的技術隊伍，根據國際導則、IEC標準和國家標準，以及國際通行慣例，開展風電設備的設計認證、型式認證、項目認證。通過認證，為風電場開發商提供選購產品的依據，降低投資風險；為設備制造商的產品質量把關，幫助企業消化吸收引進的技術，促進技術創新。目前認證客戶涵蓋了國內主要風力發電機組制造企業，其技術能力和認證結果得到政府部門和社會各界的廣泛認可和采信。
