            生產調度管理生產成本管理生產流程管理軌道交通生產質量管理生產現場管理
             
              Implements defined overall production standards, and oversees and manages production operations, which may include area related maintenance, testing, processes technicality, engineering services, etc. Make sure safety, quality, delivery and cost to meet team targets. 
             
              確保規定的生產標準的實施，監督管理與生產相關的活動，包括維修，測試，工藝，工程設計等。保證安全，質量，及時發貨率和成本滿足團隊目標。 
             1. Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools. 貫徹公司方針政策，確保生產職能的實施，包括生產過程，程序，方法和/或工具。
             2. Allocates personnel and production resources according to production plan. 按照生產計劃合理安排人員和產能。
             3. Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff. 管理組織結構，領導協調管理團隊和員工。
             4. Contributes to and implements productions plans. Make sure delivery on time. 參與制定并實施生產計劃，確保及時發貨。
             5. Evaluates and contributes to implementation of maintenance programs. 參與實施并評估設備維修計劃。
             6. Executes and contributes to implementation of continuous improvements in production processes. 實施并積極參與生產過程的持續改進。
             7. Keeps budgets as planned and reduces wastes. Improve productivity. 按計劃控制預算，減少浪費，提升生產效率。
             8. Continuously improve process quality level, reduce COPQ and customer complains. Improve employees quality mindset and skill. 持續提升生產過程質量，降低質量不良費用和客戶投訴，提升員工質量意識和技能。
             9. Manage related production EHS and lead team safety KPI to be achieved, close safety finding immediately and continuously improve safety level, improve employee's safety mindset. 管理生產相關的EHS工作，領導團隊達成安全KPI，及時關閉安全發現問題并持續提升安全水平，提升員工安全意識。
             10. Continuously improve workshop management, improve process flow and 5S. 持續提升生產現場的管理，提升生產過程流和5S。
             11. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成領導交辦的其它任務。

              1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical automation or related   本科以上學歷，電氣或機械自動化相關專業。 
             
              2. Minimum 3 years' experience at manager position or 5 years' experience with a managerial role in MNC   至少3年經理職位經驗或5年跨國公司管理角色的工作經驗。 
             
              3. Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing, be experienced in organizing and managing a modern industrial production   扎實的精益生產，組織和管理現代工業生產經驗 
             
              4. Excellent communication skill both in English and Chinese   卓越的中英文交流能力 
             
              5. Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach   較強的計劃，組織，教練能力
