Engage in a 12~24-month job rotation program to lead or participate in high-visibility cross-functional projects spanning Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Procurement, Logistic and Planning & Fulfillment across multiple sits and cultures. - 2. Collaborate with international teams to implement best practices, drive efficiency, and enhance operational performance. - 3. Analyze manufacturing data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies for cost reduction, productivity gains and digital transformation. - 4. Engage with stakeholders from different cultural and professional backgrounds to align operational goals with business objectives. - 5. Support the development and execution of global operations initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. - 1. Master’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Automation), Software/ AI/Digital. Education from top-tier overseas universities is preferred. - 2. At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience to drive operational excellence in multinational manufacturing companies. Diverse functional experience in Operation areas is advantageous. - 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - 4. Flexible geographical location and willing to work overseas - 5. Good level in Learning agility, Problem solving, Resilience and Career ambitions - 6. Strong analytical skills and system thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. - 7. Motivation to acquire new skills and knowledge - 8.
