Accountabilities
Conduct and coordinate Configuration&Attestation (C&A) activities, be accountable for C&A processes deliverables.
Main activities:
? Strategic activities
Responsibilities in developing the strategic direction for the company as a whole, or in developing the implementation plan for operationalizing the company’s strategy.
? Client related activities
Responsibilities in managing both internal and external customers, and ensuring effective customer relationship management.
? Act as XP C&A Focal Point for all processes-related topics
? Act as XP C&A Focal Point for all audits,
? Act as XP C&A Focal Point for all Customer requests (Plants, FAL, C&DC).
? Operational activities
? Ensure Aircraft “As Built” status is in line with the target configuration all along the industrial lifecycle;
? Manage the resolution of all the discrepancies at the CA level in strong coordination with internal/external contacts, especially with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Quality &Configuration Management;
? Follow up all changes of A/C as-built status by monitoring all supporting tools (ALB, NC, QLB…), and all relevant documents;
? Acknowledge & manage CA reallocations, communicate accordingly with FAL/C&DC, Plants & Suppliers;
? Act as an authorized signatory by validating delegated CAIR chapters before milestones;
? Participate in relevant meetings (FOT, Handover, SQCDP…)
? Prepare the A/C-related documentation and transfer it to relevant Plants for long-term archiving;
? Initiate, support, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives;
? Active participation in Projects where Quality topics are to be deployed/secured;
? Provide knowledge transfer and tutoring for newcomers.
? Developmental activities
Responsibilities in managing the people resources for the
division or department and ensuring continuous people development.
? Be part of the Knowledge transfer initiative as a Receiver;
? Be part of the Knowledge transfer initiative as a Giver for all future newcomers;
? Extend the knowledge with future Programs.
Outputs:
? Customer satisfaction (FAL-A, C&DC, PLANTS,ATDC).
? Document Configuration Conformity through Constituent Assembly Inspection Reports.
? Manage all C&A topics, and secure important milestones.
Qualifications:
? Education
- Bachelor degree
? Experience
- 3 years in the Aviation industry;
- Experience in multi-functional teams;
- Experience in A/C configuration management.
? Basic Skills
- Be fluent in English. French and/or German knowledge would be a plus.
? Ability
