崗位職責: -Responsible for the edition and periodical update the Quality Control Procedure in order to formulate the accurate guidelines for QC lab such as analytical methods, SOPs etc. ； -Set up new analysis method for site new project such as lab instrument selection/installation, lab personnel training； -Supervise QC lab team to work on the analysis and testing according to the degree of complication by allocating assignment, conduct complicated tests in order to ensure the materials and products meet the quality requirements； -Check and review all the test result records with PAP updates, ensure all of data are gengerated properly under SOPs； -Determine the quality according to the agreed specification or PAP, report to manager or relevant department any unusual findings/abnomalities with recommendation on corrective actions, make monthyl reports for product charateristic on statistic basis； -Work as lab safety specilist to ensure the all behaviour of staff in proper and safe manner in lab and housekeeping etc.； -Maintain the SAP-QM-LIMS as administrator to ensure the system working and updating properly； -Make budget and purchasing plan for lab chemicals and consumables etc, and training plan for QC lab staff； -Implement ISO9001/17025 /GLP management requirements, conduct external/internal audit and management according to plan； -Implement Opex management according to company annual plan. 任職要求: -本科或碩士及以上學歷，分析化學或藥物分析等相關專業優先； -3年以上質量控制實驗室管理經驗，化學化工/生物醫藥等相關行業； -心態積極，踏實苦干，尋求發展； -聽說讀寫良好； -提供班車/提供午餐/常日班。 請時刻警惕任何可能的招聘欺詐行為！請注意，巴斯夫絕不會在任何情況下向候選人以任何形式收取任何費用。
