任職資格 1) 5 years or above of BA professional project experience, with financial experience and enterprise business experience preferred; 2) Ability to output requirement documents; 3) Ability to communicate and coordinate with the delivery team throughout the process; 4) Ability to write user stories; 5) Understand agile development processes; 6) Good oral English 7) Excellent soft communication and coordination skills. 8) Familiarity with agile project management skill / methodology is preferred. 工作職責 1) Connect Product Owner and Cross Functional Team to provide E2E solution for internet banking business; 2) Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner; 3) Participate Agile in project delivery; 4) Analyst IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements （1）Conduct the feasibility study and impact analysis （2）Participate in estimation and requirement analysis （3）Consolidate/review the business logic and assist Product Owner to maintain product backlog （4）Assist project management to manage the business expectation （5）Communicate with the relevant stake holder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects 5) Conduct technical briefing to IT/business parties regarding the project involvement; 6) Participate in production support and incidence/problem management.
