            Work you'll do 1.Apply training and background in SAP and relevant Deloitte methodology to support the implementation of SAP solutions 2.Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience 3.Collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions 4.Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models 5.Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team 6.Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly 7.Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients 8.Apply technology fundamentals to client situations 9.Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others You're also expected to: 1.Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact 2.Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent 3.Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track 4.Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills 5.Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business We are looking for someone with 1.Bachelor's degree or above; 3~8 years working experience in SAP; 2.Good understanding of the SAP ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service 3.Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure 4.Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage 5.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Japanese
