Key Responsibilities 主要工作職責： -According to customer forecast and production plan making material requirement plan, including long-term, medium-term and short-term material requirements planning, material planning implementation evolution to supervise and control, to meet customers increasingly tense lead time;. 根據客戶預測和生產計劃制定物料需求計劃，包括長期、中期和短期物料需求計劃，并對物料計劃的執行情況進化監督和控制，滿足客戶日益緊張的交期要求； -Effective tracking, and find out the reasons and the solutions are established, to ensure a smooth and orderly production line production of material shortage and glassy materials, such as abnormal condition; 對缺料和呆滯料等異常狀況進行有效跟蹤，查找原因并制定解決辦法，保障產線的生產平穩有序進行； -Real-time monitor inventory levels and batch of material supply reasonable arrangement, under the premise of meeting the production as far as possible to reduce the inventory of raw materials, improve the rate of inventory turnover; 實時監控庫存水平，對物料供應批次合理安排，在滿足生產的前提下盡可能降低原材料庫存，提升存貨周轉率； -Assist the CPAP, production, warehouse, and technology departments of material management and good communication. 協助策略采購、生產、倉庫和技術等各部門的物料管理和良好溝通。 Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 關鍵能力、技能和知識： -Having a background in planning in the manufacturing industry, familiar with the workflow of the manufacturing industry; 有制造行業的做計劃的工作背景，熟悉制造行業的工作流程； -Mature, initiative; 成熟穩重、勇于開拓； -Good at systematic thinking; 良好的系統化思考能力； -Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and communication skill; 良好的人際技巧，較強的自我激勵以及溝通技巧； -Be Familiar with PC application; 熟練的電腦操作技能； -English reading and writing. 英語讀寫能力。
