Duties & Responsibilities
? Provide timely, accurate, fast and professional service to meet / exceed customer’ s expectations.
提供及時、準確、快速和專業的服務，以滿足/超越客戶的期望。
? Track customer’s needs and solve their problems.
解決客戶的需求及問題。
? Coordinate and effort to ensure the turnaround time to meet / exceed customer expectations.
協調并努力確保周轉時間達到/超過客戶的期望。
? Keep work area and lab clean and in arrangement
保持工作區域和實驗室整潔有序
? Support manager to train the team members
協助經理培訓團隊成員
? Support lab to conduct testing according to relevant standards
支持實驗室根據相關標準進行測試
? Collaborate with Lab to develop new testing methods and/or procedures
負責與實驗室合作開發新的測試方法和/或程序
? Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
識別，排除和解決技術問題
? Review and sign test result
審核并簽署測試結果
Skills & Requirements
? With experience in testing cosmetics, pet food, etc.
具有化妝品、寵物食品等領域檢測經驗
? Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
熟練使用Windows, Word和excel辦公軟件
? Fluent English and good communication skill.
具有良好的英語水平，良好的溝通能力。
? Good time management
良好的時間管理
? Individual and Team work ethic.
具有良好的職業素養。
? Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 and CMA related standards
熟悉ISO/IEC17025和CMA相關標準。
? Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).
有能力組織好工作任務，能輕重緩急的安排工作而不至于超過期限。
? Good training skill for team members.
良好的團隊培訓技能。
? Team-spirited, be able to arrange reasonable workload for self .

? Be able to bear variety of work.

Education & Experience
? Bachelor Degree or above
本科及以上學歷
? Above 3 years of lab working experience in related fields, at least 2 year testing experience
3年以上相關領域實驗室工作經驗，至少2年測試工作經驗
? A strong sense of responsibility with excellent work ethic.
有強烈的責任感和良好的職業道德。
? Knowledge in chemical analysis.
化學分析知識。
? English speaking and writing candidate will be favored.
具備英語口語和寫作能力者優先考慮
