崗位職責:
1. 負責變頻器硬件系統架構設計、電路原理圖設計及PCB布局優化;
2. 主導功率器件(IGBT/MOSFET等)、驅動電路、EMC濾波電路的設計與調試;
3. 完成硬件電路仿真、樣機測試及問題分析,確保產品性能與可靠性;
4. 參與元器件選型、BOM制定及成本控制,協助供應商技術對接;
5. 編寫硬件設計文檔、測試報告及技術規范,支持產品量產化;
6. 配合軟件工程師完成系統聯調,解決硬件與軟件協同問題;
7. 跟蹤行業技術趨勢,優化現有產品設計并推動技術創新。
任職要求:
1. 學歷要求:本科及以上學歷,電力電子、電氣工程、自動化等相關專業;
2. 經驗要求:
- 3年以上變頻器/逆變器/伺服驅動器等電力電子產品硬件開發經驗;
- 熟悉變頻器拓撲結構(如三相橋式、多電平拓撲等)及控制原理;
3. 技能要求:
- 精通模擬/數字電路設計,熟悉Altium Designer/Cadence等EDA工具;
- 掌握功率器件選型、熱設計及EMC/EMI解決方案;
- 具備示波器、功率分析儀等儀器使用經驗,能獨立完成硬件調試;
- 熟悉行業標準(如UL、CE、IEC等)者優先;
4. 其他要求:
- 良好的團隊協作能力、抗壓能力及問題分析能力;
- 英語CET-4及以上,能閱讀英文技術文檔。
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the design of the hardware system architecture of the inverter, the design of circuit schematic diagrams, and the optimization of PCB layout;
2. Lead the design and debugging of power devices (such as IGBT/MOSFET), drive circuits, and EMC filter circuits;
3. Complete hardware circuit simulation, prototype testing, and problem analysis to ensure product performance and reliability;

Requirements:
1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.;
2. Experience Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in hardware development of power electronic products such as frequency converters, inverters, and servo drives;
- Familiar with the topologies and control principles of frequency converters (such as three-phase bridge, multilevel topologies, etc.);
3. Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in analog/digital circuit design, familiar with EDA tools such as Altium Designer/Cadence;
- Master power device selection, thermal design, and EMC/EMI solutions;
- Have experience in using instruments such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers, and be capable of independently completing hardware debugging;
- Preferred candidates should be familiar with industry standards (such as UL, CE, IEC, etc.);
4. Other Requirements:
- Excellent teamwork ability, stress resistance ability, and problem analysis ability;
- CET-4 level or above in English proficiency, Proficient in English reading.
