Organize project team and work with AE/ Sales to make project timing plan for localization projects and new projects· Work with Finance, Engineering and Purchase team to do cost analysis to assist sales manager for quotation.· Lead feasibility study for new projects· Lead APQP / PPAP and gate review (Gate 3 to Gate 5) to ensure all the project deliverables are in time delivered.· Set up BOM and Routings in SAP system· Review project open issue list and track on regular basis· Lead internal sample build, new project R@R· Lead change management, organize function team member to have gate review, risk assessment, production trail run Primary customer contact to communicate project timing plan, open issue list, OTS delivery & approval.· Primary contact for the drawing/spec issues from the plant with global technical center and other plants· Make weekly and monthly project launch status report· Other tasks assigned by project manager. Requirement· Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred)· At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry as project engineer/quality engineer/ manufacturing engineer/ design engineer· Fluent English speaking and writing· Knowledge of APQP/ PPAP/ PFMEA/ IATF16949· Good at communication and coordination· Good team player
