Project Manager responsibilities 1.Responsible for communication and coordination, including internal and external meetings; 2.Managing resources and controlling progress and scope of projects, maintaining tracking lists including GANTT chart, actions etc.; 3.Reporting projects to internal and external stakeholders; 4.Identifying blocks, risks and escalate for proper management team for solution. Requirements: 1.Education background: biology, pharmaceuticals, and related major. Master and above; 2.Minimum 3 years work experience in pharmaceutical industry, CDMO and CRO project manager experience preferred; 3.Knowledge of biologics development and manufacturing; 4.Strong communication skills, horizontal management skills and time management skills; possessing clear logic, able to work under stress; 5.Excellent in English communication; 6.Effective interpersonal skills to influence and motivate cross-functional team members.
