Key Account Manager - Water Treatment Industry
崗位職責 Job Responsibilities:
1. 負責水處理行業戰略客戶的開發、關系維護及深度合作
- Identify, develop and maintain strategic
partnerships with key accounts in water treatment industry
2. 制定并執行大客戶年度銷售計劃,達成銷售目標
- Formulate and execute annual sales plans
for key accounts to achieve revenue targets
3. 深入理解客戶需求,協調技術團隊提供定制化解決方案
- Analyze client needs and collaborate
with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
4. 監測行業動態,識別市政、工業等領域的商業機會
- Monitor industry trends to identify
business opportunities in municipal/industrial sectors
5. 主導合同談判,管理應收賬款及客戶滿意度
- Lead contract negotiations and manage
accounts receivable/customer satisfaction
6. 建立客戶決策層關系網絡,提升品牌影響力
- Build C-level relationships to enhance
brand presence
7. 定期提交市場分析報告及銷售預測
- Prepare market analysis reports and
sales forecasts
任職要求 Qualifications
1. 本科及以上學歷,環境工程、化學工程或商科相關專業
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental
Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Business
2. 5年以上水處理行業大客戶管理經驗,熟悉污水處理工藝優先
- 5+ years key account management
experience in water treatment, knowledge in WWTP preferred
3. 成功操作過200萬+政府/工業項目案例
- Proven track record in handling
government/industrial projects over 2 million RMB
4. 出色的商務談判能力及數據分析能力
- Excellent negotiation skills and
data-driven decision making
5. 適應全國范圍差旅(30%-70%時間)
- Willing to travel nationally (30%-70%
time)
6. 英語流利優先
- Business proficiency in English is a
plus
