During development: Lead cross functional to Kick-off the development activity, prepare the detailed DVP with cross function team, validate feasibility of material, tracking the process test, summarize the DVP&R, lead the final review with team, and finally release the material to PDM system. ? Technical management: Prepare and update the material related technical documentation; Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and costs targets; Ensure that the milestone deadlines are met; Lead DFMEA analysis and building. ? Follow up the new material trial run with cross function team and ensure the new material reaches mass production in actual project smoothly. ? Daily material maintenance and database management. ? Support general material-related problem solving. ? He or she is the technical interface with supplier and obtain internal cross function team agreement on design. QUALIFICATIONS: ?
