Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Sales manager to handle overseas customer inquiries, emails and order follow-up to ensure timely response; 2. Maintain existing customer relationships and regularly update customer files and transaction records; 3. Responsible for order production, tracking and production progress coordination, and connect with customers, production and logistics departments; 4. Complete other foreign trade related matters assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, international trade, business English, foreign language or related majors are preferred. Skill Requirements: 1.
