崗位職責： Implement and manage maintenance aspects of site SHE and daily Maintenance work 執行并管理現場SHE及日常維修工作 Set up and update the documentation for all equipment and facility in site and ensure the work safely and effectively 建立及更新現場設備及設施的檔案，確保其安全有效 Set up and update equipment facility preventive maintenance and daily maintenance plan 制定并更新設備設施預防性維修及日常維修計劃 Draw up proper stock plan of spare parts and make good type selection for all mechanical equipment 制定合適的備品備件相關庫存方案，為所有的機械設備合理選型 Analyze the figures and failures, make action plans, and organize to carry out maintenance and modification for all equipment facility 數據分析，故障分析，制定行動方案，并組織實施設備設施維修及技改方案 Adequately isolate equipment in order to make safe before commencing each job 開始每項工作前要充分隔離設備以確保安全 Carry out repairs in timely safe and orderly manner strictly adhering to permit to work procedure 嚴格按照工作許可程序，及時、安全、有序地進行維修工作， Analyze plant equipment facility criticality and perform root cause analysis 分析廠區設備設施臨界狀態，實施根本原因分析。 Take daily inspections and assist to eliminate all electrical malfunctions happened in the site 進行日檢，協助消除所有現場發生的電器故障 Capable to deal with all unexpected malfunctions related to mechanical equipment in the site at any time 無論何時都有能力處理有關機械設備的意外故障 Propose and implement small improvements in relevant area 建議并實施責任相關領域的小型技改 Set up KPI for his responsible area as well as the assessments 責任范圍內KPI設定及考核 任職要求： Bachelor or above, candidates with major in Chemical Mechanical or related, or with knowledge of chemical machinery are preferred 本科及以上，化工機械及相關專業，或有化工機械知識者優先考慮 More than 5 years’ related experience in chemical industry 至少5年的化工行業相關經驗 Moderate English Level基本的英語溝通 Result Orientation 結果導向 Teamwork 團隊精神 Planning and Organizing 計劃組織 Customer Orientation 客戶導向 Judgment 判斷能力 communication溝通能力
