Responsibilities
? Help with paperwork, statistics collection and data analysis
? Prepare shortlist of suitable properties for clients to review in accordance with the requirements
? Confirm availability and suitability with landlords
? Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients
? Other duties assigned
Person Specification
? Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, marketing or a related discipline
? Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated, confident and aggressive
? Able to perform under pressure and multi-task
? Excellent in Word, Excel and PPT
