-During the on duty period, hotliner need to answer the customer phone call, make record in the ticket system
-Support the enduser with all digital tools we have, like phone, remote video and remote access connection
-Need to follow the issue during the on duty period and properly transfer to CCM or other hotliners in the end of the working period
-sometimes need to travel to site to work on the machines to learn the new technology
-Time to contain in the ticket system , and customer satisfaction are the KPI for the role
-Support RPS office work
Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent
-3 years at least of technical assistance and field experience
-knowledge of beverage technology (aseptic and not): combi/stand alone technology & trade/line eqps
-ability to manage and satisfy customer requests
