1. Accountabilities
? Responsible for developing overall project plan, and seeking the proper approval from Management Team and Headquarter.
? As the key contact window, engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements, translate the requirements into project plan after gain the alignment from both sides.
? Build up the project process and job responsibility, ensure both external and internal stakeholder can work together to achieve project object.
? Monitor the project plan, ensure each project milestone will be achieved on time.
? Review the infrastructure/Power/Decoration design, propose the optimization solution, ensure our requirement can be achieved.
? Coordinate and liaise with landlord and local authorities to ensure all the building facilities are adhere to specifications, local codes, safe practice.
? Be responsible for taking over the new building from landlord, make the short/long term maintenance plan.
? Run operations post go-live for a defined duration when necessary.

- 建立項目流程和崗位職責,確保外部和內部利益相關者能夠共同努力實現項目目標。
- 監控項目計劃,確保每個項目里程碑都能按時完成。
- 審查基礎設施/電力/裝修設計,提出優化方案,確保達到我方要求。
- 與業主和當地政府協調聯絡,確保所有建筑設施符合規范、當地法規和安全操作要求。
- 負責從業主手中接管新大樓,制定短期/長期維護計劃。
- 必要時,在規定期限內開展啟用后的運營工作。
2. Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? Over 10 years of hands-on experience in logistics project management
? Solid Project management knowledge
- 本科或以上學歷
- 10 年以上物流項目管理實踐經驗
- 扎實的項目管理知識
