Basic Responsibilities基本職責 Responsible for complete contract specify based on customer special requirement to modify the contract component to meet MOD sale order requirement. 按照客戶特殊要求進行改造合同設計以滿足銷售需求 1. Provide technical escalator MOD solution for customer 為客戶提供扶梯改造的技術解決方案 2. Prepare contract Drawing，ML，ect. for MOD sales, manufacture, purchasing, quality, 為生產、銷售、采購及質量部提供其所需相關產品資料，例如圖紙和物料表等 3. Provide technical support for unit assembly in the jobsite 為工地的安裝施工提供技術指引和支持 4. Engineering analysis, for strength, cost, manufacturability 工程分析：如強度、成本和可制造性等 5. Supplier Interface 供應商相關問題處理 6. Fully Comply with OTIS Ethics & Business Practices requirements. 嚴格遵守奧的斯道德規范。 7. Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards of Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity. 負責貫徹實施奧的斯公司的環境安全（EH&S）政策和法規、公司的安全規程，以及當地的安全政策和法規，積極支持和參與公司的環境健康安全活動。 Qualifications任職資格 1. Education & Certification教育背景和專業資格 Undergraduate course or above, Mechanical related 機械專業本科畢業或以上 2. Experience工作經驗 3 year Mechanical design experience at least： including 1 years and above experience on escalator system development or mechanical component design，or 1 years and above experience in non-standard contract design, preferably has FTB/TB support experience. 最少3年以上機械設計經驗：期間至少1年或以上扶梯系統開發及部件設計經驗，或1年及以上非標合同設計經驗，有扶梯工地支持及工廠車間支持經歷為佳。 Familiar with product development and program management process, capable to analysis customer request and manage the task & schedule; Good at communication and customer service awareness; 具有項目管理能力，包括準確的需求分析、良好的時間及任務管理、良好的語言表達能力、客戶溝 通能力和客戶服務意識； Good capacity on logical analysis for customer feedback based on professional technical skills. 良好的邏輯分析能力，能熟練運用自己的知識和技能分析解決客戶反饋的問題； 3. Knowledge專業知識 CET-4 and above, fluent English in oral and written English 英語CET-4, 能熟練閱讀、寫作及口語交流 Computer Skills: Pro-engineering, AUTO CAD , Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Email, ANSYS, MatCAD，EDS, Matlab, Etc. 計算機技能：熟練掌握Pro-engineering, AUTO CAD , Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Email, ANSYS, MatCAD, ED, Matlab 等
