崗位職責:
1. 負責尋找合適的供應商,為客戶開發多種類似產品的供應來源。
2. 與供應商建立專業和平等的關系。
3. 確??蛻艉凸讨g清楚地理解所有技術規格和圖紙,以避免發生任何潛在的錯誤。
4. 跟進生產進度,協調貨物交付,制作出口單據,定期跟蹤物流信息。
5. 必要時,能出差拜訪供應商,并按時向部門經理和總部發送旅行報告。
6. 具有團隊合作意識,重視團隊合作,能協助他人工作,并與同事和部門保持良好關系。
7. 支持團隊合作的理念,以協助其他辦公室成員或個人在其所在地區取得成功。
任職條件:
1. 具有工程專業和/或背景的本科或以上學歷。機械專業優先。
2. 3年及以上工作經驗。機加工制造業及金屬材料產業經驗優先。
3. 熟練使用Microsoft Office的計算機技能。
4.具有強烈的責任心和職業道德,友善,以及積極主動和專業的態度。
5.良好的溝通能力和較強的跟進能力。
6. 能夠獨立工作,并能夠與團隊成員一起協作。
7. 善于處理多線工作。
8.具備良好的英語書面和口語能力,要求CET-6或以上。
9.薪金根據工作經驗面議。
Responsibilities:
1. The Purchasing engineer is responsible for searching the suitable supplier, developing multiple sources of supply of similar products for our clients.
2. Build professional and impartial relationships with our suppliers.
3. Ensure all technical specs and drawings are understood clearly between
customers and suppliers to avoid any potential mistakes.
4. Follow up production progress, coordinate the delivery of the product, draft documents for exportation, and track the logistic information regularly.
5. Travel, as necessary, to visit suppliers and issue the true visit report to dept manager and head office on time.
6. Sense of teamwork, attach importance to the group, assisting the work of others and keeps good relationships with co-workers and departments.
7. Support the concept of teamwork with respect to assisting other offices or individuals in achieving success in their area.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above with engineering major and/or background. Major of machinery
is preferred.
2. 3 years or above working experience. Experience in machining and metal material industry is preferred.
3. Proficiency in computer skills of Microsoft Office.
4. Strong responsibility and work ethic and friendly, Proactive and positive and
professional attitude.
5. Good communication skill and strong follow-up skills.
6. Able to work independently and able to work with team members.
7. Good at dealing with multiple tasks
8. Good language skills in written and speaking English , CET-6 is required.
9.Salary negotiable in person according to experience.
