            Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients; ? Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems working with stakeholders from EY, client and tax authority stakeholders; ? High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken; ? Able to identify and manage areas of risk for clients and the firm, consulting appropriately; ? Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service; Requirements: ? Minimum of 3 years work experience in transfer pricing and related areas (including in-house work experience) ? A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting; ? Strong transfer pricing technical skills with experience in all areas; ? Strategically and commercially aware and committed to delivery of exceptional client service; ? Negotiation skills - able to sustain opinion and handle challenges; ? Effective time management - ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines; ? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; ? Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams; ? Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff; ? Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team; ? Change-orientated with flexible approach. 職責: ? 建立和維護與客戶的關系,主動贏得項目機會并為贏得新客戶做出貢獻; ? 協調安永內部同事、客戶和稅務機關,為復雜的專業問題制定并闡明解決方案; ? 確保通過卓越的專業能力和實用的方法,高效管理且完美交付復雜且要求嚴苛的咨詢項目; ? 能夠為客戶和公司識別和管理風險,并提供適當的咨詢意見; ? 負責日常交付以及提供卓越的客戶服務。 崗位要求: ? 在轉讓定價及相關領域擁有至少三年以上工作經驗(包含企業相關工作經驗); ? 學士學位或碩士學位,具有經濟學、法律、稅務、會計或工商管理碩士學位者優先; ? 優秀的轉讓定價專業技能以及在各個領域中的經驗; ? 具有戰略和商業意識并致力于提供卓越的客戶服務; ? 談判技巧---能夠堅持觀點并應對挑戰; ? 有效的時間管理---能夠沉著應對項目交付的壓力; ? 優秀的中英文口語和書面表達能力; ? 優秀的團隊合作能力,能夠組建、維持和領導高效團隊; ? 指導和培養更多初級員工的經驗; ? 確保交付高質量的工作并領導交付團隊的日常工作; ? 能夠靈活應對工作中的變化。
