             崗位職責:
             工作職責/Job Description:
             1. 根據項目進度負責及時準確的制定周/月度/季度生產計劃，并同時負責儲備人力和技能滿足生產需求
              Responsible for production weekly, monthly, quarterly build plan, meantime coordinates human resources and skills in advance. 
             2. 領導每日生產運營，確保生產運營指標的達成
              Leading the daily production operation, ensure the production operation KPIs achievement. 
             3. 參與產線人力需求和產能計劃的制定，并定期總結向生產經理匯報
              Work with cross function team to draw up the human resources and production capacity plan, regular summary status and report to production manager.
             4. 領導各項生產運營指標的預算，如效率，輔料成本，人力成本等
              Leading the forecast of production ops cost, for example Eff., consumables, cost of DLs.
             5. NPI項目中作為生產部門的leader配合完成項目中和production相關的各項任務安排
              During NPI period, as a leader from production side to cooperate with PM team. 
             6. 關注和關愛員工，不斷激勵下屬挑戰更高的績效指標和職業規劃，持續提升團隊核心競爭力
              Care about the staff, encourage subordinates to take more responsibility, improve team core competitiveness.
             7. 管理員工績效，按時領導團隊完成員工績效評估, 并確保以公平公正公開的政策執行
              Manage employee
             s performance, ensure the performances are implemented with open door strategy.
             8.協助部門經理制訂明確可衡量的目標, 推動個人和團隊不斷改進業務指標
              Assist production manager to establish clear measurable goals and drive individuals and team to continuously improve the KPIs.
             9.持續推動工廠在安全，成本，品質，和交期方面的不斷改善
              Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost, quality, and delivery.
             10.部門經理指示的其他職責 
              Execute other duties from production manager.
             任職要求:
             崗位要求/Job Prerequisite:
             1.大專或以上學歷，具備英文讀寫能力，口語能滿足工作優先
              Colleage degree or above, better can handle speaking in English, reading and writing English is a must.
             2.有專業消費、汽車電子類管理經驗優先；
              Have experience on consumer electronics or automotive electronics is preferred.
             3.良好的溝通技巧，能和團隊成員良好協作
              Good communication and teamwork
             4.優秀的團隊領導力和敏銳的風險管控意識
              Strong leadership and risk management mindset
             5.誠實正直，充滿激情并熱愛學習
              Honesty and credibility, passionate and love learning
