崗位職責： 1. 參與在新產品開發階段的質量標準制定，試驗產品功能試驗，標準符合性測試，鑒定檢驗等工作，領導和組織制定質量控 制計劃并監督實施。 2. 制定產品生產過程中的相關質量標準，參加不合格品評審，協助工藝工程師解決生產過程中的質量問題，跟蹤生產過程中 質量表現，督促生產部門進行質量改進。 3. 根據質量管理體系要求和質量控制計劃，定期對生產過程進行質量審核，根據審核證據和數據統計，提出改善措施并跟蹤 實施效果。 4. 定期對產品質量通過試驗檢測等方法進行評價，根據結果組織相關部門制定改善措施。 5. 負責測量系統分析，各種檢驗工具和儀表的維護與保養。 6. 協助相關部門處理客戶抱怨及產品退貨的質量分析與改進措施。 7. 負責定期匯總產品相關質量數據并進行趨勢分析，提供質量報告。 8. 了解、滿足客戶對產品質量及工作質量的反饋和需求，推動客戶滿意度的提高。 9. 帶領產品線質量團隊完成績效指標。 1. Participate NPI quality standard benchmarking and function/reliability/qualification test, lead and organize quality control plan. 2. Establish quality criteria in-process, participate non-conformance review, assist process and production engineer to solve quality problem, monitor quality performance in process, drive production team continue improvement. 3. According to QMS and QCP, conduct regular quality audit to manufacture process, release CA/PA base on audit findings and follow up result. 4. Conduct regular product testing to evaluate product quality performance, drive improvement action base on test result 5. Responsible for MSA and metrology control. 6. Assist related function team to drive root cause analysis and CA/PA implementation on customer complain. 7. Quality data collection and performance analysis with report. 8. Understand and fulfill collect voice of customer on both product and operation quality, drive customer satisfaction improvern. 9. Lead product quality team complete KPI. 任職要求： 1 大本以上管理或理工科學歷。 2 具有5年以上制造業質量管理工作經驗。 3 了解ISO9001或TS16949等質量體系標準。 4 了解機電產品質量控制規范及相關標準。 5 很強的解決問題能力和方法，熟悉8D, MSA, FMEA, SPC, DOE等工具，6sigma綠帶優先。 6 良好的英文表達能力。 7 熟練使用計算機辦公軟件。 8 較強的組織能力和溝通能力。 1 Bachelor or above with engineering education background. 2 At least 5 years working experience on manufacture business. 3 Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 quality management system. 4 Familiar with electrical and mechanical product quality control approach and related standard. 5 Strong Problem solving skills and methodology, such as 8D, MSA, FMEA, SPC, DOE …with six-sigma Green Belt preferred. 6 Good in English communication. 7 Skill in MS Office. 8 Excellent in team organization and communication skill.
