Job Description: 1.Be responsible for bioinformatics projects; 2.Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering; 3.Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers; 4.Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data; Qualifications: 1.PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development; 2.Knowledgeable in the field of molecular biology and antibody; 3.Proficiency in Python/Java/C++. 4.Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow. 5.Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing; 6.Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI; 7.Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development; 8.Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects; 9.Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and 10.teamwork skills.
