Responsibilities:
Achieve the sales target of Ecommerce
Ecommerce utilization assignation, live broadcasting, business development
Maintain and grow customer relationships; meet important clients with AO regularly; Support AO to follow major clients.
Develop and manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service'.
Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and max growth within the existing customer base.
Improve sales force competencies by coaching and skill building ecommerce client base.
Analyse and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends so as to decide on the relevant actions to be taken.
Focus to promote the business on e-commerce.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree and Minimum 8 years sales experiences in logistics, services or eCommerce industry.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in Sales Function.
Proven track record in winning new business.
B2C eCommerce sales & marketing experience an advantage.
Good English at both speaking and writing.
Good communication skills.
Be available for travelling.
Complex problem solver.
Working in dynamic environment.
Can work under pressure.
