Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
· Responsible for operation and maintenance of E&M system in buildings
· Responsible for tenant operation management
· Manage the renovation works
· Assist the Assistant Technical Manager and/or the Sr.Engineer on the matters
· Manage the technicians & contractors on routine repair and maintenance work
· Manage the improvement and defect rectification works
· Handle enquiries on all technical related issues and prepare technical reports
Major Tasks & Activities:
· By managing professional technicians and outside contractors, the relevant system is maintained and maintained to ensure that it is always in good working condition
· Manages upgrades and new construction of relevant systems to ensure schedule, quality, cost, and safety are met
· Coordinate with the leasing department and the tenant to agree on the technical conditions for the delivery of the fire protection system
· Cooperate with leasing department to provide feasibility analysis for store plan and format adjustment
· Review the tenant's relevant system design, monitor the progress of the project, and inspect and ensure that the tenant's relevant system works meet the opening requirements, ? prior to opening
· Obtain ? government permits and licenses related to the relevant system
· Instructs a draftsman to draw ? drawings needed for their profession
· Assist your supervisor in planning ? maintenance plans for your specialty
· Assist your supervisor in budgeting for your major
· Receive transfer projects from contractors and manage defects rectification
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above in ELV, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Service system related
field, 5 years or more of work experience
· At least 3 years' experience in relevant system, equipment and facilities management in a shopping mall, commercial complex, international chain hotel, theme park project with a minimum of 100,000 square meters (experience in a design institute, consulting firm or contractor will also be considered)
· Priority is given to those who hold the qualification as a certified relevant system engineer
· Familiar with construction project bidding work, have certain project management experience
· Good communication and coordination skills, and basic English reading and writing skills are given priority
· Use office software, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, email, etc
