崗位職責Duties/Responsibilities 1、根據公司技術規劃要求，組織制定公司技術革新、產品開發、工藝規范、技術團隊建設的中短期規劃，并付諸于實施。 Accord with the company technical planning requirements to organize and build the technological innovation, product development, technology specification and technical team building for short- and medium-term planning and take to implementation 2、負責新產品的開發落實和相關協調工作，管理產品開發的流程。根據客戶要求，及時提供樣品的技術方案。 Take responsible for the development of new products and related coordinate work, manage product development process. According to customer requirements, provide technical solution proposal for sample submission timely. 3、根據公司的現狀，結合市場和客戶需要，帶領團隊不斷完善和革新公司現有產品 Leading the team to constantly improve and innovate existing products according to the present situation of the company and integrated with the market and customer needs. 4、負責新產品、新工藝、新設備等項目的開發任務，為企業中長期的發展提供技術支持 Responsible for new products, new technology, new equipment development tasks of the project for providing technical supports in medium and long-term. 5、定期收集行業前沿及相關競爭對手的產品信息，把握好產品研發和革新方向，確保公司產品在市場中處于前列 Regularly collecting industry and related a competitor’s product information, to grasp the good direction of product development and innovation, to ensure the company's products at the forefront in the market 6、負責技術團隊的培養和激勵，推動創新成果轉化 Take responsible for the technical team training and motivation; promote the transformation of innovative achievements. 7、負責技術工藝的標準化推進工作，持續提升產品生產效率和產品質量 Take responsible for the standardization of technology, improve production efficiency and product quality continually. 8、負責技術團隊的流程完善和規范化改進 Responsible for process and standardization improvement of the technical team 9、負責技術類資料的整理與管理工作。 Responsible for technical data collation and management 任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements 1、機械專業本科以上，10年以上技術、管理等相應工作經驗。 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical and 10 years of experience in technology, management and other relevant work， 2、熟練使用CAD、SOLIDWORKS等2D/3D繪圖軟件。 Proficient in CAD, SOLIDWORKS and other 2D/3D drawing software. 3、具有齒輪尤其是塑料齒輪設計經驗，具有齒輪鏈及小型塑料齒輪箱設計經驗。 Experience in design of gears, especially plastic gears, and design of gear chains and small plastic gearboxes. 4、精通塑料結構設計，對注塑模具及成型工藝有一定了解。 Proficient in plastic structure design, have a certain understanding of injection mold and molding process. 5、具有汽車暖風空調執行器的設計等相關經驗者優先考慮。 Experienced in car heater air conditioning actuator design related is preferred. 6、熟悉APQP及IATF16949標準尤佳 Familiar with APQP and IATF16949 standard is a plus 7、具有良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力，基本的英文聽說能力 Good English reading and writing skills, fluent in oral English
