Accountabilities:
1.Develop and implement the products promotion plans. 負責制定并執行產品的學術推廣計劃和方案
2.Continuously learn products knowledge and promotion skills; provide related medical and product information delivery, academic consultation and solution to clients with a diverse range of promotional approaches. 通過不斷學習掌握產品知識及專業的推廣技能,運用多元化的推廣方法向客戶提供醫療和產品相關信息的傳遞溝通、學術咨詢和解決方案
3.Collect and give feedback about the products clinical practice and report timely. 收集、反饋產品臨床使用情況、不良反應信息等,記錄并即時報告
4.Build and develop good relationship with internal and external customers incl. healthcare professionals via regular visits and academic platforms and internal collaboration, assist in ensuring products’ accessibility in various of channels, promote the good image of company. 通過定期學術拜訪和搭建學術平臺以及內部協同合作, 建立和維護與內外部客戶包括醫療衛生專業人士良好的合作關系,協助確保公司產品在多渠道的可及性,保持優秀的企業形象
5.Complete all the tasks assigned by the company and line manager. 完成公司及上級交予的其他任務
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1.College Degree and above. 大專及以上學歷:
2.Major in medication or life science related. 醫學、藥學、生物制藥等生命科學相關專業
Competency & Skills:
1.Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; Good organizing and planning abilities; Advanced team collaboration spirit. 具有良好的人際交往、溝通談判、組織計劃能力,出色的團隊合作精神
2.Integrity, pro-activeness, good adaptability, ability of working effectively under pressure and self-motivation. 誠實守信,積極主動,快速適應變化,能夠承壓并自我激勵
Experience:
1.With relative working experience is preferred. 具有相關經驗者優先
2.Have the authentication of Record Filing System of Pharmaceutical Representatives. 符合醫藥代表備案制要求
