職位概述:
銷售總監將負責制定并執行 HQ在中國的銷售策略,推動業務增長并管理關鍵客戶關系。
該職位的主要目標是提升銷售業績、擴大市場份額,并確保HQ在中國的長期成功。該職位將與HQ中國區負責人緊密合作,共同組建并管理中國銷售團隊。
主要職責
1. Sales Strategy & Execution 銷售策略與執行
? Develop and implement HQ’s sales strategy for the Chinese market to achieve annual sales targets. 制定并實施HQ在中國市場的銷售策略,以實現年度銷售目標。
? Monitor market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and establish effective market entry strategies, especially top players among the industry 監控市場動態,識別增長機會,并制定有效的市場進入策略。
? Together with Head of China build sales team to drive revenue growth and align all sales activities with the company’s long term strategic objectives. 與中國區負責人共同組建銷售團隊,推動收入增長,并確保所有銷售活動與公司的長期戰略目標保持一致。
2. Customer Relationship Management 客戶關系管理
? Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in Spice industry in China. 與中國香料行業的關鍵客戶、分銷商及合作伙伴建立長期關系.
? Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring contracts align with the company’s strategic goals while optimizing profitability. 主導商業談判,確保合同符合公司的戰略目標,同時優化盈利能力。
? Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement measures to enhance customer loyalty. 監控客戶滿意度,并實施改進措施以提高客戶忠誠度。
3. Team Leadership & Development 團隊領導與發展
? Develop a high-performing sales team from the start, enhancing their skills and overall effectiveness. 組建、培訓并管理一支高效的銷售團隊,提升他們的技能和整體效能。
? Foster team collaboration, ensuring smooth internal communication and optimizing sales processes. 促進團隊協作,確保內部溝通順暢,并優化銷售流程。
4. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy 市場分析與競爭策略
? Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations. 分析市場趨勢、客戶需求和競爭對手動態,提供戰略性建議。
? Participate in product development and pricing strategy to strengthen the company’s market competitiveness. 參與產品開發和定價策略,以增強公司的市場競爭力。
任職資格與核心能力
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. 市場營銷、國際貿易、工商管理或相關領域的本科及以上學歷。
? 10+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, spices, or seasonings, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 10 年以上食品原料、香料或調味品行業的 B2B 銷售經驗,其中至少 5 年擔任管理職務。
? Deep understanding of the Chinese food industry, with a proven track record in business development and key account management. 對中國食品行業有深刻理解,并在業務開發和關鍵客戶管理方面有良好的業績記錄。
? Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills. 出色的談判能力、戰略思維和數據分析能力。
