About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven and service-focused HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role supports internal stakeholders by ensuring data accuracy, managing HR documentation, coordinating key HR processes efficiently, and supporting a positive employee experience, with a primary focus on offboarding processes, data and payroll coordination, as well as onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Support local HR service regular operations, regarding on/offboard process and payroll
o Assist in CRM queue management
o Respond to employee inquiries to ensure good employee experience
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax and HR stakeholders to reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies to compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll data in HR system
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with Engineering team or external vendors for resolution.
- Coordinate with RE&F, IT, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of checkout tasks
- Assist in documenting desktop procedures and knowledge base and maintaining up-to-date processes
- Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for performance review, business insights and data audits.
- Facilitate key ROB and regular team meetings
- Support local and Global HR projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a similar support role. Background in Computer Science or Information Management is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability of multitasking, work collaboratively in a team environment, and manage competing priorities effectively.
