職位概況： 負責公司設施和生產設備的保養維護，日常維修改善；負責工程施工的安全監管。確保安全作業，降低設備故障率，不斷學習新技能提高維修團隊技術水平。 Be responsible for maintenance of facility and production equipment, daily repairing and improvement and be responsible for the safety supervision of engineering. Ensure safe operation, reduce equipment failure rate, and constantly learn new skills to improve the technical level of the maintenance team. 1. 制定和按計劃實施設施和生產設備的保養維護任務 Make and implement maintenance tasks for facilities and production equipment as scheduled 2. 及時處理日常維修工作，減少對生產的影響 3. 負責備件管理，定期盤點，優化備件庫存 Be responsible for spare parts management, regular inventory, optimize spare parts inventory 4. 不斷改善設備，提高設備的穩定性和效率 Constantly improve equipment, improve equipment stability and efficiency 5. 對維修團隊進行管理和培訓，提高其安全意識和技術水平 Manage and train the maintenance team to improve their safety awareness and technical level 6. 負責外來工程施工和外來維護保養人員的安全監管 Be responsible for the safety supervision of external engineering construction and external maintenance personnel 7. 協助工程師跟進項目，跟進新設備和工裝夾具的安裝調試 Assist engineer to follow up the project, follow up the installation and adjusting of new equipment and fixture 任職要求： 1. 機械自動化背景大專及以上學歷，有電工證，熟悉自動化設備, PLC和機械制圖 2. 8年以上工作經驗具有良好的動手能力
