Position Overview/職位概述 NPD Structural design engineer (NPD) play a key role in driving innovation and developing new products. This role requires strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to ensure products meet performance, quality and cost expectations. 新產品結構設計工程師在推動創新和開發新產品方面發揮著關鍵作用。這個角色需要強大的技術專長和協作精神，以確保產品滿足性能、質量和成本預期。 Key Responsibilities/主要職責 1、Drive the end-to-end New Product Development process, from ideation, conceptual design, prototyping, testing, to final commercialization, supported by NPD project managers, generate design concepts and conduct feasibilities studies.在NPD項目經理的支持下，推動端到端的新產品開發流程，從構思、概念設計、原型制作、測試到最終商業化，生成設計概念并進行可行性研究。 2、Perform detailed design activities including Hydraulic & structure integrity and reliability and develop 2D/3D drawings.執行詳細的設計活動，包括液壓和結構的完整性和可靠性，并開發2D/3D圖紙。 3、Build and test prototypes to validate product performance, operationality and maintainability. 建立和測試原型，以驗證產品的性能、可操作性和可維護性。 4、Perform extensive tests (lab, functions, endurance) to assess product efficiency and reliability. 進行廣泛的測試（實驗室、功能、耐久性），以評估產品的效率和可靠性。 5、Validate compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ISO), marine classification requirements, and local regulations. 驗證符合行業標準（ASME， API， ISO），船舶分類要求和當地法規。 6、Develop production tooling and fixtures for manufacturing trails and mass production. 開發生產工具和夾具，用于生產試驗和批量生產。 7、Crate Bills of materials (BOMs), manuals and all design related documentation or reports. 創建材料清單（BOM），手冊和所有設計相關的文件或報告。 8、Monitor product performance on site and collect customer feedback. 在現場監控產品性能并收集客戶反饋。 9、Ensure products meet technical specifications, performance benchmarks, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. 確保產品符合技術規格，性能基準，法規遵從性和質量標準。 10、Implement design cost principles to optimize cost efficiency and production scalability. 執行設計成本原則，以優化成本效率和生產可擴展性。 11、Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and methods to increase innovation and efficiency. 推動流程、工具和方法的持續改進，以提高創新和效率。 Required Qualifications/所需的資質 1、At Least 6+ years of experience in product development, design, or R&D roles in the industrial rotating equipment or pump industry. 至少6年以上工業旋轉設備或泵行業產品開發、設計或研發經驗。 2、Proficiency in CAD tools, preferable Siemens NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Office application. 熟練使用CAD工具，如Siemens NX， SolidWorks, AutoCAD和Office 軟件。 3、Knowledge Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structure design and stress analysis. 了解有限元分析（FEA）用于結構設計和應力分析。 4、Familiar with international standards like ASME, ANSI, DIN, FCI, EN, ASTM, NACE, API, PED, etc. 熟悉ASME， ANSI， DIN， FCI， EN， ASTM， NACE， API， PED等國際標準。 5、Have knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and SAP and ERP systems. 了解產品生命周期管理和SAP&ERP系統。 6、Knowledge of casting material, grade, pattern design, and engineering materials with their properties & heat treatment processes. 了解鑄造材料、牌號、圖案設計和工程材料及其性能和熱處理工藝。 7、The characters of passion, problem solving, team spirit, integrity, keep learning.
