Key Responsibilities 1. Logistics planning, design and coordination of factories and warehouses: logistics layout design, logistics route planning, logistics process design, site and equipment demand planning, coordination and coordination of process department, regular reporting to management; /工廠和倉庫的物流規劃設計和協調執行：物流布局設計、物流線路規劃、物流流程設計、場地和設備的需求規劃、協作流程部門溝通與協調、定期向管理層匯報； 2. Continuous improvement of logistics process: collect the demand for logistics improvement of the factory, organize continuous improvement seminars regularly, review and evaluate the process improvement plan, develop action plans, and coordinate the implementation of improvement projects;/物流流程持續改進：工廠物流改進需求收集、定期組織持續改進討論會，對流程改進方案進行回顧和評估、制定行動計劃、協調實施改進項目； 4. AGV project implementation support: Participate in AGV system implementation and provide necessary support /AGV項目實施支持：參與AGV系統實施，提供必要支持。 5. Other logistics activities: Organize or participate in other logistics projects/其他物流活動：組織或者參加其他物流項目。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, industrial engineering or related/大專及以上學歷，物流，工業工程或者相關專業； 2. At least 3 years logistics planning experience in automotive manufacturing company/至少3年汽車制造企業物流規劃相關工作經驗； 3. Proficient in Excel, familiar with SAP and other information systems熟練使用Excel，熟悉SAP等信息系統， 4. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing/良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
