服裝跟單工作要求
1. Manage to organize the production team to follow-up of all daily merchandising activities starting from bulk order placement and shipment, follow-up pps and size sets approvals for all styles under production. making sure the ordered quality of apparel & accessories will be shipped as per agreed upon delivery dates and quality.
負責組織和管理大貨團隊所有日常大貨跟單,從下訂單開始到大貨出貨,跟進生產中所有款式的初樣和尺碼版意見。確保所訂購的服裝和配件的質量將按照商定的交貨日期和質量發貨。
2. manage the production team to work as a coordinator between TWINSET Italy Technical Department and Chinese suppliers as well as global suppliers linked with Chinese suppliers such as hangers, trims…etc , also follows up with the suppliers the corrective actions requested by Italy Technical Department.
負責管理大貨團隊作為TWINSET意大利技術部和中國供應商以及和與其關聯的全球供應商(包括輔料,配件等)之間的協調人,同時負責確保供應商們按照意大利技術部要求進行改進。
3. Source, develop, negotiate, monitor quality and be responsible for all products to ensure all delivery dates are met.
采購、開發、談判、監控質量,并對所有產品負責,以確保所有交付日期得到滿足。
4. Able to work with internal system for the production order placement, monitor the supplier for del confirm and update, QC booking, shipping details and doc upload.
可以熟練運用內部系統幫助管理大貨下單,監督供應商交期確認以及更新,驗貨申請,出貨明細以及資料上傳。
5. Able to manage the production team to cooperate with our QC team in case who need more information for quality checking.
能夠管理大貨團隊與我們的質檢團隊合作,以備他們需要更多驗貨要求和信息
6. Manage the cooperation and communication with the nominated forwarder.
管理和指定貨代之間的合作和溝通。
7. Able to organize meeting with Head Office weekly and initiatively,report the critical and urgent issue during the production, and follow up the instruction from Italy head office accordingly.
能夠每周組織與總部的會議,報告和反映大貨中發生的緊急和嚴重的問題,并很好的執行總部的指令。
8. As the merchandiser manager, able to manage team daily job.
作為跟單經理,能夠管理團隊日常工作。
Requirements:
要求:
1. Education: University Graduate or above, major in garment/textile/garment/English or International trade is preferable.
教育: 大學/大?;蛘咭陨蠈W歷, 學歷是紡織/服裝/英語專業優先考慮.
2. Experience: Minimum 7-8 years apparel or in relevant field, in luxury retail is preferred.
至少7-8 年的服裝工作經驗,奢侈品行業工作經驗優先考慮。
3. Travel is required for some critical cases.
當有嚴重問題發生, 偶爾要出差.
4. Language Skill: Fluent in oral and written English, CET4 is must or above.
語言要求: 英語口語和書寫流利, 需要4級或者以上.
5. Computer skills: Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc.
計算機技能:優秀的Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook等計算機技能
6. Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.
有能力管理和協調任務優先計劃。
7. Should be a team-leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
