1. 編制產品的工藝文件，制定材料消耗定額，測定產品生產的標準工時。Work out the process document of the product, make the material consumption quota and determine the standard ***-hour of product production. 2. 負責協助研發工程師對新產品試產階段進行驗證生產可行性，解決小批量試產中發現的問題。 Responsible for assisting r&d engineers to verify the feasibility of new products during trial production and solve problems found in small batch trial production. 3. 負責對員工進行工藝操作的培訓和指導，確保員工能夠熟練掌握產品生產工藝和相關的工藝設備操作。Responsible for the training and guidance of process operation to ensure that the staff can master the production process and related process equipment operation. 4. 負責根據產品規格、質量要求、生產方式、生產流程，編制工藝文件。Responsible for the preparation of process documents according to product specifications, quality requirements, production methods and production processes. 5. 負責根據生產方式和生產流程，核算原材料的實際使用量和BOM的差異。Responsible for accounting the actual usage of raw materials and BOM differences according to the production mode and process. 6. 負責對對新產品試產的跟蹤，工裝夾具的設計，跟蹤新產品從試生產轉批量生產的整個過程。Responsible for new product trial production tracking, fixture design, tracking the new product from trial production to mass production of the whole process. 8. 對車間所有產品的制程數據、標準工時數據進行ERP系統錄入、數據更改等。Make ERP system input and data change for all production process data and standard time data of the workshop. 9. 參與車間新項目的建設與實施，協助項目負責人完成項目。Participate in the construction and implementation of new projects in the workshop, assist the project leader to complete the project. 10. 按時完成領導及上級交辦的其他工作任務。Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and superiors on time. 有相關經驗或黨員優先。
