崗位職責：

1. 新粘合劑產品配方的研制、評估以及測試工作； 2. 為研發實驗室研發人員創建實驗設計; 3. 與團隊成員一起制作實驗室小樣本； 4. 根據客戶要求對最終產品應用進行測試； 5. 進行材料樣品分析； 6. 管理多位研發工程師的工作，以及從事相關的行政工作； 7. 支持從研發到生產的技術轉移； 8. 到客戶現場，為新產品應用提供技術支持； 9. 評定新的原材料供應商并給予質量把控； 10. 確保實驗室的安全和清潔； 11. 完成上級安排的其它工作。 Preparation, evaluation and testing of new adhesive formulations. Creating design of experiments for R&D Lab Assistant. Fabrication of laboratory small-scale samples with his team. Testing of end application upon customer request according to desired specification. Analysis of material samples. Managing laboratory of several chemists and supporting administrative works. Support technology transfer from R&D to the production. Visit of customer sites and providing technical support for new product applications. Identification of new raw material suppliers and support quality control. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the laboratory. Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.

任職要求：

1. 改進和創造新的工藝和新產品； 2. 5年以上反應型化工產品研發經驗； 3. 良好的計算機操作能力; 4. 優秀的中英文溝通能力，英語可以作為工作語言; 5. 精細化工或相關專業碩士以上學歷。 Improve and create new processes and products. At least 5 years’ experience in the reactive chemical product development field. Good computer skills.
