Introduction to the role 崗位介紹： 通過提供專業的、為客戶產生價值的現場服務，最大化確保服務質量及客戶滿意度，以促進所負責客戶的業務發展，支持年度配件銷售指標的完成。 To maximize the customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability with providing professional field service and professional consultancy while promote service products to generate NS. Also responsible for supporting the parts selling to reach yearly service sales target. Main responsibilities 主要職責: 1、獨立開展日常服務工作，如新設備/項目安裝調試、操作維護指導，故障響應，客戶培訓等 Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation & commissioning, operation & maintenance guide, trouble shooting, and customer training etc. 2、所負責客戶的電話及現場需求響應，包含技術支持、問題的持續解決及跟蹤等 Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving. 3、定期的客戶拜訪以確保客戶滿意度并尋求業務機會，同時支持所負責區域配件等服務的銷售，確保能達到并超過年度業績指標 Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity; Responsible for supporting the parts and other service sales to ensure the service sales revenue to be reached. 4、和銷售、技術及采購等公司內部團隊緊密溝通，以確保所負責客戶的滿意度 Working closely with sales, engineering & project teams to satisfy customers. 5、作為所指定區域內服務業務的主要聯系人 Be the main contact person for service issues within the designated areas. 6、根據現場服務情況或客戶的反饋，提供現場質量反饋信息給公司技術部及質量專員，并進行根本原因的分析，確保產品的持續改善 Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical & QEHS specialist, analyze the root cause, to ensure products sustainable development. 7、及時提交工作報告，如現場服務報告、周報及月報等 Timely and correctly feedback for site work situation, weekly and monthly report etc. 8、完成其他分派的任務或項目 Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or special projects as required. To succeed 任職條件: 1、大?；蛞陨蠈W歷，4年以上在工程機械行業，如礦山、冶金方面的行業經驗 Junior college or above education background. 4 years experiences in Construction Machinery, Mining or Metallurgical industry. 2、3年或以上在機械行業的服務經驗 3+ years of service experiences in related mechanical segment. 3、有較強的溝通、協調能力、執行能力，工作原則性強，有較強的客戶服務意識，能承受較大的工作壓力，能適應長期國內及海外出差。 Possess strong communication, coordination and execution abilities and work discipline; have a strong sense of customer service and be able to work under high pressure 4、團隊協作，有項目管理經驗更佳 Team worker, and project management experience will be a plus. 5、較強的溝通及人際交往能力 Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. 6、具備電工操作證優先 Certified electrician is a plus.
