Key areas of accountability: 1、Follow weekly planning cycle to check and confirm the material availability for speaker production requirement. 2、Daily follow up the material delivery from suppliers and measure the on-time delivery performance. 3、Daily communicate with suppliers to solve the supply issue and mitigate the potential risk. 4、Provide training to suppliers on using the PSS tools and manage their operation performance. 5、Arrange the delivery of raw material or finished product to PSS oversea plant, create correct shipment information for loading plan and create correct shipment delivery note in SAP. 6、Monthly payment check with suppliers and provide correct payment material on time; 7、Materials key parameter maintenance and regular review to update in system. 8、Monthly report on OTD and inventory level data collection and analysis. 9、Monthly report on the actual sales vs. budget and provide analysis accordingly. 10、Working with external departments towards goals. 11、Other temporary jobs arranged by procurement manager or higher level management Qualification: 1、Academic/Professional Qualification: Supply Chain 2、Expertise/Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, 2+ years’ in using ERP or SAP as MM role 3、Language skills: Chinese and English 4、Affinity with information systems 5、Process driven (especially procurement and SCM processes) 6、Interpersonal relations (convince people of change) 7、Able to work under pressure 8、Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
