Responsibilities 工作職責 - Prepare and review MEP Bidding package SOW and SPEC 負責編寫并審核機電包的工作范圍及技術標準 - Evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection 在機電設備選型時，評估MEP設備選擇的生命周期成本 - Constructability review of MEP detail drawings from LDI 對設計院的機電專業施工圖進行可施工性審圖 - MEP material and equipment check on site according to contract and SPEC 根據合同及技術要求審核進場的機電材料及設備 - MEP installation quality and schedule supervision and track on issues, to make sure its under control 機電安裝的質量和進度監管及問題跟蹤，確保機電安裝工作在可控狀態 - Review MEP part change orders on site 審核現場機電安裝相關的變更單 - Taking lead of MEP testing and commissioning work, including review T&C plan from contractor and coordination with government, owner and other contractors 主導機電安裝的測試調試工作，包括審核承包商的測試調試計劃及協調政府，業主及其它承包商工作。 - Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required 能夠按項目組和客戶的要求就機電工程提供建議和支持工作。 Job Requirements 崗位要求 - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, (Electrical, HVAC, plumbing etc.) or equivalent 大學本科或以上相關專業(電氣，暖通或給排水等)學歷 - 5 years relevant experience 五年以上相關經驗 - Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉國際和中國的規范和法規 - Be able to multitask and manage priorities 能處理多事項并管理優先性 - Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能夠前瞻性地發現工作需要 - Be able to adopt change according to company business plan 能適應公司業務發展計劃帶來的變化 - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 優秀的組織能力和關注細節 - Good English, both spoken and written 英語說寫能力良好 Good collaboration & team work 良好的協作和團隊合作能力 有一級建造師機電專業+安全員B證優先考慮
