工作描述Job Responsibility:
1.客戶溝通,包括在詢價階段客戶標準,項目信息,圖紙,工藝質量相關文件的獲取,以及項目運行過程中的客戶匯及問題澄清;
Communicate with customers, including customer specification, project information, drawings/templates, related technical and quality document for RFQ and also report to customer and question clarification during project running.
2. 組織設計,研發,質量,供應鏈,工程,財務,采購等部門進行可行性分析(工藝可行性、利用率分析、產能分析、包裝運輸方案、模具等報價準備工作);
To organize design, R&D, quality, supply chain, process, finance, purchasing departments for feasibility analysis;
3. 代表項目小組,負責與外部客戶及公司內部的項目信息溝通與聯絡,確認客戶發行的圖紙及相關的技術信息,包括工程相關的項目時間節點、要求及其他客戶要求;
To communicate with customers and internal departments for the information confirmation regarding to the drawings/templates, related technical information, milestone and other special customer requirements.
4. 根據客戶節點,組織召開啟動會,依據APQP流程,編制項目計劃, 跟蹤項目狀態,組建項目多功能小組并進行各階段的評審及必要時的升級匯報工作,確保項目進度,并督促相關部門按照項目計劃完成相關工作及文件整理,推動項目在規定時間點順利轉入量產;
To organize the kick-off meeting according to customer milestone, Based on APQP, draw up project engineering plan, follow up project status, organize multi-function project team to hold evaluation for each project period and escalation meeting if needed, supervise the relevant departments to complete the relevant work and documents in accordance with the project plans, and promote the projects to be put into mass production smoothly and timely;
5. 支持協調相關部門完成皮革前期開發,以及工藝質量問題改善
Support and coordinate the related department to finished the leather development and optimize the engineering and quality issues.
6. 研發階段與量產階段交接工作的管理;
To organize the handover between development and series production to ensure the project smooth running.
7. 工程變更時的內外部項目信息溝通及依據變更管理流程對相關工程變更進行跟蹤管控;
To communicate internally and externally for the EC information, and according to the change management process to control the engineering change..
8. 定期組織項目會議,落實項目進度、匯總各項目各階段問題,確定解決方案并實施
To organize the project meeting regularly, to confirm all projects actual status, summarize the each project each problem, find the solution to follow up.
9. 組織封樣及認可(含PPAP)
To organize all sample approval ( including PPAP )
10. 項目轉批后,依據APQP workbook完成相關文件整理歸檔
Collecting all project documents based on APQP workbook
11. 相關項目訂單制作(項目周期內用于樣品及展品范圍),樣品狀態(委外/物流)跟蹤及開票。
SAP order generate ( sample and exhibition scope during the projectlife), sample status(outsourcing/logistics) tracing and invoicing.
12. 上級領導委任的其他工作及其他支援工作。
The other tasks which are assigned by manager and some support work if necessary.
任職要求Requirements:
1.熟悉IATF16949體系知識;
Know well in IATF16949.
2.良好的溝通技巧、抗壓能力及團隊意識;
Excellent skills in communication, have teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure;
4. .熟悉項目管理5大工具
Be quite familiar with APQP、PPAP etc.;
5. 英語四級,良好的聽說書寫能力
At least CET4, Good spoken and written English.
6. 熟悉或了解SAP系統操作
Experience of SAP
7. 適應出差(不定期,短時間性質)
To be possible to go on a business trip ( short time, irregularly)
8. 有項目管理經驗,了解不同客戶體系,有與外部客戶聯絡工作經驗者優先。
Experience of project management, customers’ systems, and contacting external customers is preferred
