Job responsibilities:
1. 國內和全球項目的供應商尋找、開發,溝通和管理(包括供應商評估,選擇和跟蹤) 。Supplier sourcing, development, communication and management for domestic and global projects (including suppliers’ evaluation, selection as well as performance tracking).
2. 開發并維護與供應商的關系,以確保產品的***條款和質量。
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best terms and quality of products.
3. 利用SAP軟件進行采購活動。
Utilize SAP software for purchasing activities.
4. 與工程團隊協調,了解技術規范和要求。
Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and requirements.
5.市場調查,與供應商協商合同和協議。
Marketing research , Negotiate contracts and agreements.
6.采購活動、成本分析和供應商表現的報告。
- Reports on purchasing activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.
7. 跨國部門合作(中國、德國),確保項目的進度兼顧成本控制。
Work in a cross-function and multiple region team China and Germany as a team player to ensure the project schedule and cost control.
崗位要求:
Requirements:
1.工程、供應鏈管理、工商管理或相關專業學士學位。
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 了解汽車零部件和工程原理。
Understand automotive components and engineering principles.
3. 3年以上的采購經驗,有汽車行業工作為先。
Above 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry.
4.英語口語,書面熟練。
Both spoken and written English excellent.
5. 出色的談判、溝通和人際交往能力。
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. 有SAP經驗或相關經驗優先。
SAP experience or related experience is preferred.
