            Job Responsibilities(崗位職責): 
             1.Product Sourcing & Supplier Management(產品選品與供應商管理):
              ● Conduct market demand research to find product suppliers that meet the requirements 
             ● .Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries. 
             ● Conduct regular factory visits and supplier audits to uphold production standards. 
             - 根據市場需求調研，尋找符合要求的產品供應商。
              - 建立并維護良好的供應商關系，以確保產品質量穩定、價格具有競爭力且交貨及時。 
             - 定期進行工廠實地考察和供應商審核，以維持生產標準。
             

              2.Procurement & Cost Optimization( 產品開發與成本優化): 
             ● Each month, formulate product development plans that align with the company's goals and the market demands of North America and Europe through various research methods. Also, provide detailed justifications for product development, with a primary focus on the markets in Mexico, the United States, and Spain. 
             ● Maintain close communication with suppliers to obtain their R & D information and new product information in a timely manner.
              ● Explore manufacturability by mapping value/cost opportunities and their impact on the product design. 
             ● Collaborate with marketing teams to align product strategies with consumer preferences. 
             ---每月通過各種調研方法，制定與公司目標以及北美和歐洲市場需求相契合的產品開發計劃，并給出詳細的產品開發理由（主要是墨西哥，美國和西班牙市場）
              ---和供應商保持緊密溝通，第一時間獲取其研發信息和新品信息。 
             ---通過分析價值/成本機會及其對產品設計的影響，探索產品的可制造性。
              ---與銷售和營銷團隊協作，使產品策略與消費者偏好相匹配。 
             

             Job Requirements(任職要求): 
             ● A bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, electronic engineering, or a related field. 
             ● Have over three years of experience in product development of gaming computer cases, monitors, consumer electronics, smart home products, and industrial technology. 
             ● Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to use it as a working language. A CET - 4 certificate or above, or overseas study experience is required. 
             ● Strong self - management skills, self - discipline, innovative thinking, and reliability. 
             ---供應鏈管理、電子工程或相關專業的本科及以上學歷。
              ---擁有游戲電腦機箱，顯示器產品,消費類電子，智能家居，工業科技等產品開發經驗三年及以上。
              ---英語聽說讀寫流利，能作為工作語言。CET-4及以上或者有海外留學經驗。
              ---自我管理能力強，自律，有想法，有責任心，上進心。

             目標市場：墨西哥，美國，西班牙 
             主要產品：PC電競游戲周邊產品，消費類電子，智能家居，POS系統，CCTV等。 
             工作方式：3天居家辦公+2天Office,雙休 
             薪資待遇：15,000RMB-25,000RMB/Per month,13薪
