崗位職責:
Job Description
1. Be able to communicate with tenants on a daily base, good negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill, and no afraid on rejection, turn down.
與租戶進行日常溝通,擁有良好的談判能力,人際交往能力,溝通能力,不害怕被拒絕等。
2. Providing overall mall consultation on rent, management fee and utilities calculation, maintain mall collection including rent, management fee and utilities, facilitate all services, consultation commercial terms, and all tenants based consultation, handle complaints and emergencies, maintain mall operation and service standard.
提供關于租金,管理費,計算工具等全面的商場咨詢,包括租金,管理費,實用工具等的收集。促進所有服務,商業條款咨詢,根據商場操作及服務標準處理客訴及緊急情況。
3. Keep close contact and build good relation with tenants, be able to address and understand tenants needs, issues, coordinate with all relevant departments for tenants supports and helps.
與租戶緊密聯系,建立良好關系,能夠理解租戶需求,處理租戶爭議,協調所有其他相關部門對租戶進行支持及幫助。
4. Good knowledge on shopping mall operation, understand commercial terms and read contract attention to detail.
有良好的商場運營經驗,理解商業條款,能注意合同細節
5. Based on the overall organization institutional system, implement department operating, servicing process and procedure, standardize the work flow and professionalize task management.
根據整個組織制度體系,實現部門運行,服務流程和程序,標準化工作流程及專業化工作管理等
6.Data analysis on tenants sales performance.

任職要求:
1.Bachlor Degree and above
本科及以上學歷
2.Over three years shopping mall operation and related experience
一年以上商場營運及相關工作經驗
3.prefer to Proficient in English on daily work
能用英文進行日常工作交流
4.Good Communication and negotiation skill, can deal with emergencies independently
良好的溝通協調能力,能獨立處理突發事件
5.Ability to work under pressure
