            Key Responsibilities:

               
 
            • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
company policies
              •  
            • 
  
                 Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to  
              address inquiries and resolve issues

              •  
            • 
       Prepare and arrange payment on time

               
            • Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies.
              •  
            • Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare AP reports.
              •  
            • Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation.
              •  
            • Support the AP team in various administrative tasks and projects.
              •  
            • Support the implementation of accounts payable process improvements.
              •  
            • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.
              •  
            • Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
              •  

            
Qualifications:

               
 
            • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related 
              •  
            • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related
field.
              •  
            • Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
              •  
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and
Chinese.
              •  
            • Good sense of urgency and prompt actions.
              •  
            • Proficient in AP software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
              •  

            
Preferred Qualifications:

               
 
            • Experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation.
              •  
            • Knowledge of AP best practices and regulatory requirements.
              •
