Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall HR and administrative operation work at Sonance
China Office
負責 Sonance 中國辦公室的人事行政運營工作
- Responsible for all talent acquisition activities, including identifying hiring
platform, job posting, talent research, salary research, conducting initial
phone screens, onboarding preparation, supporting employee
engagement events, etc.
負責所有人才招聘活動,包括確定招聘平臺,發布職位,人才調研,薪資調研,進行初步電話篩選,準備入職安排, 舉辦員工活動等
- Work with the New Product Development team to support the receiving,
organizing, and shipping of development samples. Create documentation
of incoming and outgoing sample packages on a weekly basis.
協助新產品開發團隊接收樣品,管理樣品,快遞樣品。每周追蹤進出樣品清單
- Responsible for on-time office supply and utilities purchases, space
organization,office management, and maintenance to keep the office
clean and tidy.
負責辦公用品的及時采購和辦公空間的組織,辦公室的管理和維護,保持辦公室的
整潔
- Assist visitors with invitation letters, hotel booking, transportation booking,
helping visitors, ordering lunch when needed.

- Training new employees on expense reporting.
培訓新員工做費用報銷報告
- Manage office and lab assets.

- Support other practices and events as assigned by management.

- Participate in team meetings or event where necessary.

Requirements:
能力要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上學歷
- 2 years related experience in Human Resources or Administrative
Management field.
2 年以上人力資源或者行政管理相關經驗
- Experience in Professional Talent Acquisition function is a plus
有主要從事招聘經驗者優先
- Experience in a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise or foreign company
representative office of product design and manufacturing industry is a
plus
必須具備產品設計及制造業的外商投資企業貨外企辦事處的工作經驗優先
- Strong communication skills & Good verbal & written English
