We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Trade Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales performance across international markets.
As a vital contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with global objectives while tailoring them to local market needs.
-Develop and execute trade marketing plans and promotional campaigns for international markets.
-Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
-Manage relationships with distributors and retail partners, ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
-Oversee digital asset management, ensuring consistent and accessible materials for trade partners and internal teams.
-Coordinate and manage the showroom setup to reflect brand and category launches, creating an engaging environment for in-person customer meetings.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
-Optimize in-store visibility by designing and coordinating point-of-sale (POS) materials and displays.
-Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
-Monitor trade budgets and ensure marketing spend delivers optimal ROI.
任職要求:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in an international context.
-Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, retail environments, and digital asset management systems.
-Experience in showroom management or creating impactful in-person customer experiences is highly desirable.
-Excellent project management and organizational skills.
-Creative thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Fluency in English is essential
