崗位職責 Job duty 1、負責編制項目方案、預算、進度計劃和實施細則。 To establish Project Plan, Budget, Schedule of process anddetail rules ofimplementation. 2、負責并確保項目質量, 項目進度及合理成本。 Responsible to ensure project quality, project progress andprojects costreasonable. 3、負責項目設計和具體實施，協調解決項目實施中出現的問題。 Responsible for the implementation of the project, andcoordinate to solvethe problems during the process. 4、負責項目完成后的跟進與技術支持。 Responsible for the follow-up issues and technical support afterprojectfinished. 5、培訓和指導團隊人員的日常工作。 Make training and coaching of project team. 6、建立及貫徹項目管理制度，包括項目費用、溝通、文檔等的管理。 Build up and follow up theprojectmanagement regulations, including project cost,communication anddocumentationmanagement. 7、跟客戶建立良好的合作關系，共同完成合同所規定的項目目標。 Establish a good relationship with customer to jointly achievethe contractualtarget. 8、完成上級交辦的其他事宜。 Complete other jobsfrom leaders. 任職資格 Job qualification 1、本科及以上學歷，機械或機電專業背景。 Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Mechanical &ElectronicsEngineering background. 2、三年以上工程項目管理或類似工作經驗，冶金機械設備、液壓設備方面工作經驗為佳。 More than 3 years experience of project management or similarexperience, metallurgy facilitiesandhydraulic experience would be better. 3、工作勤奮、獨立，身體健康并能適應經常出差。 Diligent, independent, fitness and can traveling frequently. 4、良好的邏輯思維和語言表達能力，良好的談判技巧和抗壓能力。 Good logical thinking and language skills, excellent negotiationskills and theability to work under pressure. 5、善于團隊工作, 良好的人際溝通能力。 Good teamwork spirit , excellent interpersonal communicationskill. 6、熟練操作辦公軟件。 Good computer skill。 7、良好的英語或德語的聽、說、讀、寫水平。 Fluent in English or German.
