Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
· Cooperate with Enterprise Digital Demand Creation team and regional/local BU digital marketing team to define DCX (digital customer experience) strategic plan together with manager.
· Provide digital marketing consulting analysis and share the best practice in the industry.
· Understand MarTech tools’ capability(which list in below application experience) and work with DCX PO (product owner) to define DCX product roadmap which including Website, Rich’s Plus, Marketing Automation Platform, etc.
· Work closely with solution analysis/architect team for architect alignment.
· Work with PO, IT dev team and vendor to make sure product delivery by PI/Sprint planning.
· Provide data analytics to driven sales and marketing decision making and get business insight.
· OCM including user training & adoption to make sure better understand system functionality.
Experience & Education
· Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, e-commerce or computer science related field.
· Fluent in English.
· Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience.
