Job Responsibilities: 1. Create and update instructions according to engineering changes. 根據工程變更更新文件 2. Be responsible for supporting production line of all projects in the company, do measure sample harness, check assembly board; 負責公司各項目生產線的配套工作，完成樣線制作及量產準備，裝配板的檢查 3. Create and update work instruction of all the process; 創建并更新所有流程的操作指導書 4. Build up relative forms and manage production documentation; 創建相應表格同時管理生產文件 5. Create and update PFMEA and process flow; 創建并更新PFMEA及流程圖 6. Calculate capacity of equipment and crimping dices; 計算模具及設備產能 7. Improve assembly production line in order to cost down; 改善生產線以降低生產成本 8. Participate in CIP-System in the company; 參與公司的CIP 9. Other task as appointed. 其它制定事項 Job Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering 工科本科以上學歷 2. 3+year experience in industrial engineering 3年以上的工業工程經驗 3. minimum 3 years in automotive industry 3年以上的汽車行業工作經驗 4. 2+ year experience of leadership experience 2年以上管理經驗 5. Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred 精益生產/六西格瑪經驗優先 6. Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions 能夠分析問題，找出根本原因并提供有效的解決方案 7. Strong organizational skills 較強的組織協調能力 8. Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously 能夠適應并處理復雜的工作 9. Strong verbal and written bilingual (English a must; German is a plus) communication skills 較強的口頭和書面雙語溝通能力（英語為必須，德語為佳） 10. Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects 能夠有效溝通并為團隊項目做出貢獻 11. Experience in wire harnesses assembly is a plus
